bed is VERY COMFORTABLE, cleaning is impeccable. It is very close to a suburban train station, puts Madrid at a stone's throw, 30 minutes away. It has the advantage of being close to Madrid, of connecting with any underground, advantage of costing much less than a hotel in Madrid. It is ideal even to go on a weekend with your partner Madrid, enjoy Madrid without the prices of a hotel in Madrid. I pushed 30 minutes to get to the center of Madrid. It is even ideal if you go by car, you leave it at the door of the train station and come and go so comfortably by train to Madrid, without looking for parking, without paying parking and most importantly, without having to transit with the overwhelming traffic of Madrid.
One cannot complain, with the comfort, the cleanliness, the cafeteria service, paying what one pays. More services would mean more stars and more cost.

Well-kept and modern hotel with free parking and unbeatable location near a main rail line. Very good breakfast with goodies and excellent customer service. Easy check-in, fast check-out, accommodating staff. Location very close to also had a supermarket around the corner, railway tracks and the restaurant...

hotel is easily accessible, there is parking, room was spacious and clean. No noise was heard. We had to change our check-in for one hour at night and there was no problem. change was confirmed quickly and check-in was also quick. reception gave us advice on how to get to Madrid without having to use our car and also informed us about the schedules.
Plastic cups in the bathroom - in a hotel of that quality there should be glass cups. Not only because of the impression they make, but also to help the environment. The sweets at breakfast were dry because they had been outdoors too long. It is better to take out some and replace it more often than to take everything out all at once and have it dry. Except for the orange juice, the rest was concentrated. Nowadays, when everyone is a little more concerned about their diet, especially in Spain where there is a chance of fresh fruit, I find it fatal that a hotel does not know how to offer fresh juices.

room is spacious, clean and has a comfortable bed. Bathroom is spacious. right breakfast at a good price. There is complimentary coffee and juices at the reception 24 hours a day. In the breakfast area (very close to the reception) they accept people having dinner with food that can be taken from another place. I had never seen it, it seemed a good detail, since they do not have a restaurant service. All the staff are very friendly and attentive to the needs that may arise. access is easy, next to A6. However, silence is absolute, at least in the rooms facing the back, where there is a pine forest. There is also a free, closed, unguarded, underground car park.
The hair dryer is very low powered. The exit from the bath is somewhat dangerous, as the grab rail is a little far away.

I recently stayed at B&B Hotel in Las Rozas for a short work trip. The hotel was perfect for my needs with its simple and clean rooms, spaciousness, and cleanliness. The staff was friendly, and I loved the 24-hour hot drinks and water dispenser. The hotel's location near the La Rosaz Village premium outlet, train station, Carrefour, and restaurants was very convenient. The landscape around the hotel was beautiful, surrounded by greenery and pleasant tree smells.
I would recommend this hotel.

As a positive part of the accommodation we can highlight the treatment of the staff that assisted us during the check-in and some advantages such as free parking or the theme of free drinks and snacks 24 hours a day. As a final conclusion is a hotel to go spend a night as you are passing through or on business, for nothing would be a hotel to be a few days of tourism ... in this beautiful city.
On the negative side, I would like to highlight the comfort of the bed, the smell of tobacco in the room, the general cleanliness and above all the notorious deterioration of the hotel's facilities. It is true that you have public transport such as the local train or the bus relatively close to the hotel, but for any journey you need your own vehicle or a taxi.

Good room and facilities
Location map is very poor - it took me 2 hours to find it!!!!!!!!!!

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, especially if you work in the nearby commercial zone or plan to visit the National Football Museum. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was pet-friendly with walking areas nearby.
The only improvement needed would be the hotel breakfast, which lacked variety and options.

Located right off the highway, this hotel is perfect for quick access to nearby shops and restaurants. the mall next door is a convenient spot for food and entertainment. the outlet shops are only a short drive away. the room is adequately equipped and was clean. the bathroom was functional with a decent shower. Breakfast was quite good.
The staff at check-in were particularly unhelpful, not offering any information about the hotel or surrounding area.
